Is it difficult to work with people?. yes. Sometimes you may find difficulties when you start to work with people. But if you can read the person before you start of having a chat, it will be easy for you to handle him or her. How do you read the person?. It is not a easy task. Say if you want to make some deal with a person, you can smile first. That is the first step that you will take an idea, whether the person will be a difficult person or not.
First you may discuss some thing else than the topic you have in your mind to read the person. It will give you the idea the behavior of the person. Then you can approach him with your topic. To deal with a difficult person you may approach him in a different pattern rather than as usual.
