They may also let the authorities know something about your personal life that will ruin your reputation or they may even make sure that someone else gets the credit for something that you slaved over. This type of person can cause a serious amount of damage to you and your reputation.
Saboteurs

People who are always late
This type of person may have extremely bad work habits or may just be an attention seeker (ie negative attention is better than none as far as they are concerned). When these types of people are always late then they end up disturbing fellow workers and the work flow is interrupted. It also means that managers or supervisors need to spend additional time speaking with them, which in turn means that the workforce is being neglected needlessly. These types of people end up being resented by others who in turn use up more energy resenting them and end up working less.
Wheeler – dealers
These people are usually power seekers that will stop at nothing to get what they want. They may use blackmail or spread their own gossip to help themselves. This type of person’s goal is to obtain a position of strength, which once they have, will use to gain other things such as a promotion or a pay rise.
